Rios Tropicales operates Rios Lodge, an award-winning ecolodge nestled on the banks of the Pacuare River in Costa Rica's tropical rainforest. The jungle resort is located on a private rainforest reserve of 1,000 hectares in Limon Province, on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. The lodge sits right beside the pristine Pacuare River and immediately upstream of the renowned Pacuare Gorge white water section. Sustainably built using reclaimed wood and totally off the grid with hydroelectric power, the ecolodge is a model of positive ecotourism.
