After a day of bear viewing activities, relax and join our team for a locally sourced, home cooked meal in our lodge and retire to one of our four private guest cabins or have some time in our sauna (banya). The Kodiak Brown Bear Center is owned by the Alutiiq people, who have inhabited Kodiak Island for over 7,000 years. We invite you to visit our home, and promise unforgettable memories of your time spent in the heart of Alaska’s wilderness. It offers a unique and personal Alaskan Brown Bear viewing experience without boardwalks or large groups of tourists. All-inclusive accommodation and lodge services are provided, including chartered float plane service from Kodiak to the lodge, private cabins with en-suite bathrooms, three cooked meals by a local chef, snacks, soft drinks, and sauna access.
